What is the average
length of your sales cycle?
Bulldog prides itself on
moving your assets within a 90 day window,
however, the sales cycle will depend on several
factors including price, industry trends,
technological obsolescence, etc. If you set the
sales price above actual fair market value then
the sales cycle will of course lengthen. Bulldog
can provide market data to help set the price at
the optimum level that achieves the highest
return while generating a sale in the quickest
timeframe possible.
Are
you limited to the southeast region?
No. Bulldog provides nationwide recovery
services. We do bring all assets to our Atlanta
area facility so we can control the assets,
recondition them and remarket them. We feel our
ability to actively market your assets makes up
for any increased transportation costs to get
them to our location.
Can I come and inspect my
assets at any time?
Absolutely. Our facilities are always open for
clients to come and inspect any piece of
equipment.
What are your storage
fees? FREE FOR 90 DAYS!!!
Unlike many of our competitors, Bulldog does not
charge for outdoor storage for 90 days. This gives us a big
incentive to move your assets quickly! If an
asset management company is making money from
storing your assets what incentive do they
really have to sell them? After 90 days, our indoor storage
fees are a simple $1 per square foot. We can
bill those costs or net them from your recovery.

Does Bulldog offer
financing?
Bulldog works with several quality finance
companies. We know what these companies are
looking for and can help you attain a credit
approval quickly and with good terms.
Can I inspect an asset
before buying it?
Bulldog encourages all buyers to inspect an
asset before you purchase it. Again, because we
bring all assets to our facility, our mechanics
can help walk you through the asset inspection
and make recommendations on reconditioning.
How are your prices
determined?
Our assets are obtained from financial
institutions either as repossessions or
off-lease equipment. The financial institutions
set the prices with our guidance on market
conditions.
